Day to day duties

  • Act as the primary system Administrator for our Salesforce CRM and will be responsible for managing all basic administrative functions- including user Account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
  • Assist with all administrative functions of the CRM System (Salesforce)
  • Act as the main point of contact for Salesforce users as well as preparing and sending reports
  • Respond to queries by phone and email in a timely manner, preparing presentations and assisting in the training of new users
