As a Sales Operations Specialist on our FC/RIA Team, you will focus on the execution of FC & RIA Channel business objectives in addition to driving key sales messaging efforts. You will build and maintain meaningful relationships, facilitate multiple projects simultaneously, and effectively navigate data and processes in support of the FC and RIA Channels with an emphasis on supporting the WM sales force members in the sites.
Your strengths include strong communication skills, demonstrating initiative and ownership, and managing ambiguity while navigating evolving circumstances.
Your work will drive strategies that increase the performance of our RIA and FC teams across key initiatives on multiple client platforms, in addition to efforts in support of the broader Wealth Management Sales Operations objectives.

  • You are known as a resourceful, strategic planner with the ability to pivot.
  • You are comfortable working with data, and willing to learn different operational tools/systems in support of the FC and RIA channels.
  • You have the confidence to interact with various stakeholders as a servant leader.
  • You have knowledge of investment products and solutions, which include how portfolios incorporate mutual funds, SMAs, and ETFs.
  • You are humble, open to other perspectives, and collaborative while thinking through solutions.
  • You are familiar with the FC and RIA industries, and the broader financial services industry sales cycle and sales interactions.
  • You have a four-year degree, or experience that results in the same quality of work.

Indianapolis Base Salary Range: $63,700-$101,920

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
