Cytora is the risk processing platform catering to world’s largest commercial insurers. We are entering high growth stage with many live deployments of our platform, and ambitious growth targets. Following the success of our top insurance podcast Making Risk Flow podcast we are looking to expand the team to drive diverse marketing campaigns. Reporting directly to Marketing Director this Marketing Manager will be responsible for a myriad of digital campaigns, coordinating external agencies and creating high quality customer events.


  • Ideating, creating and executing Cytora’s organic and paid advertising campaigns across paid search and social, continuously optimising and trying new experiments
  • Coordinating and collaborating with creative agencies ensuring the highest quality standard and brand alignment
  • Creating effective demand-generation campaigns which target Cytora’s ideal audience
  • Leveraging offline channels through organising customer events and conferences and more
  • Experimenting regularly with tests throughout new and existing channels to build a better picture of what is working
  • Developing a deep understanding of customers, products, and the buyer’s journey including customer persona management and buying preferences
  • Be responsible for Cytora’s website, optimisation and performanc


  • Demonstrative experience in running multiple different types of campaigns (digital campaigns are a must)
  • Experience in B2B SaaS company (insurance industry background is a big plus)
  • Out of the box thinking, experience of creating and executing innovative and creative campaigns
  • Team player with a strong, proactive attitude
  • Passion for marketing, wanting to grow in multiple areas of marketing and build responsibilities with the scaling of the company


Cytora are a remote-first company. For this role you can be based anywhere in the UK or EU, provided you 1. have fluent spoken and written English, and 2. have the permanent right to work without requiring visa sponsorship.
