We are looking for an ambitious Sales Operations Manager to join our brand-new US Office in New York. As the first Sales Operations Specialist, you will have a unique opportunity to build the processes from the ground up. You will be responsible for optimizing and streamlining our sales processes to drive efficiency and improve performance.

To excel in this role, you should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and a proven track record of success in sales operations or a related field.

In the past four years, we have expanded our portfolio of customers to over 85 countries and have more than 500,000 users.

What you will do:

  • Collect and analyze data around conversion rates, buying personas, etc. to drive revenue and optimize sales
  • Carve out and manage territories for each account executive to ensure the sales team is set up for success
  • Build out sales infrastructure and resources to maximize efficiency and operational excellence
  • Maintain overall system configuration, sales, and data maintenance
  • Analyze and identify buying personas within organizations to increase the total addressable market
  • Operate weekly and monthly forecasting frameworks and reporting for the sales organization
  • Support sales leadership in recording and processing sales commission plans
  • Build an account scoring system to identify total addressable market and customer health scores as a feedback loop for sales
  • Monitor and improve processes or workflows so that sales, marketing, and CS collaborate effectively and efficiently
  • Ensure alignment of the operations for the full customer life cycle
  • Support the finance team with accurate sales data.

What you’ll bring:

  • 4+ years of experience within sales or revenue operations in technology companies
  • Solid knowledge of business processes & ability to learn and adapt based on new business models
  • Initiative as the first member of the team and the drive to build the processes from the ground up
  • Proficiency in technology and tools leveraged by the sales organization to manage the business
  • Ability to collect and analyze data, extract and deliver valuable insights to the business
  • Experience in reporting (funnel, sales, forecast, CS)
  • Experience with account identification and territory building
  • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • SaaS tools knowledge and experience

  • Salary Range: $90,000 – $140,000
