You Are
As a key leader within the Go To Market team, you’ll be responsible for driving strategic decision-making and providing commercial, operational, and business insights. You will lead the annual planning process for the Go To Market team, including the determination of KPIs and tracking our success based on those KPIs. Additionally, you’ll oversee the delivery of ad hoc analysis to help us run the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, BI and Finance to drive insights that allow the business to make data-driven decisions
- Lead strategic initiatives to optimize and scale the GTM function (ex. Customer Experience framework)
- Establish and facilitate a pipeline council to bring clarity and speed to the marketing/sales funnel
- Oversee and manage Salesforce instance of 100+ users, including the configuration, customization and administration of: objects, users, fields, layouts, record types, process flows, custom list views, validation rules, etc.
- Manage, implement and maximize effectiveness and usage of an evolving GTM tech stack, including: Outreach, Hubspot, Zoominfo, Clearbit, Snowflake
- Stakeholder for integrations across our GTM tech stack to service reporting and analytical requirements
- Deliver GTM reports and data for BoD Materials
- Track and analyze GTM KPIs and metrics
- Develop an end-to-end capacity model for the GTM organization
- Track attainment, ramp and productivity of the sales team
- Lead variable comp strategy, planning and administration
- Manage the sales forecast process, cadence and reporting
What You Need To Have:
- 5+ years of sales and/or revenue operations experience
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Ability to influence business partners and provide recommendations in order to drive decisions
- Track record of success in managing a complex commercial reporting environment
- Proven success partnering with sales, marketing, finance and BI/analytics teams
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a high-growth enterprise software company
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills, balanced with the ability to think strategically
- Experience establishing an operating cadence and consistent reporting to support the needs of the business
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Metrics-driven with demonstrated analytical skills
- Working knowledge of products, contracts, price books
- Hands-on experience integrating and implementing various sales/service tools and systems, including: Outreach, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot, etc.
