What’s in it for you

You will be responsible for scaling 1 to many customer communication and engagement scores across the existing customer base at HotDoc. Your main focus is on our General Practice audience who are our core customer base.

You will report into our VP of Customer Experience and work cross functionally with members of our wider Customer Experience and wider HotDoc team. You will also be adding value to our operating and planning rhythms.

This role is a 12 month fixed term parental leave cover commencing at the start of August.

What will you be doing?

You will be driving awareness, adoption, utilisation and advocacy for our product, platform and services. You will be a positive influence in bringing continuous improvement in team work to life.

You will be doing this through:

  • Owning the creation, execution and measurement of Customer Marketing quarterly OKR’s for existing product adoption and utilisation.
  • Contributing to the overall Customer Experience strategic plans.
  • Defining, designing and executing digital customer journeys and customer lifecycle communication.
  • Designing, creating and delivering campaigns that lead to positive brand engagement and awareness.
  • Taking ownership of Go-To Market activities that promote new products and features for existing customers.

What you must have to apply for this role

  • 3+ years experience in customer marketing and/or marketing automation .
  • Excellent written communication skills. You don’t need to be a professional copywriter, but you do need to know how to write clear and concise copy to a target audience—in the HotDoc tone of voice .
  • A highly engaged and curious mindset, willing to dig deep to understand customer problems and come up with creative solutions.
  • Experience in both marketing planning, as well as tactical execution.
  • A clear understanding of how to plan, test, measure and optimise customer engagement/product adoption communications activity.
  • Proven ability to work well within a team. You’ll work closely with the Product, Customer Experience Leaders, Operations and Senior Stakeholders.
