Works closely with customers, resolves issues, and sets appointments. Handles incoming calls, collects payments, and submits claims paperwork.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 3 years of customer service experience, insurance experience preferred
- Property & Casualty insurance license required or must be able to obtain this license within a year
