Sales Operations Analyst

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to support reporting, dashboard maintenance, and data validation efforts for a high-performing sales organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with large datasets, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering actionable reporting to business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and update Power BI dashboards and reports
• Validate and reconcile data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reporting cycles
• Maintain Excel-based reporting tools, including large datasets and complex formulas
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc sales performance reports
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies while ensuring reporting integrity
• Partner with Sales Operations, Analytics, and IT teams to support reporting needs and data quality initiatives

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and large dataset management
• Experience building and maintaining reports in Power BI
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet recurring deadlines
• Experience with data validation, reporting, or business analytics

Preferred

• Experience supporting sales organizations and performance reporting
• Exposure to SQL, Azure, Salesforce, or enterprise data environments
