About the Role
To strengthen our sales, customer service, and operations team, we are looking for an engaged, service-oriented personality with organizational talent and strong communication skills.
With your structured and reliable working style, you will make a decisive contribution to strengthening our customer relationships and ensuring smooth operations – and thus make an important contribution to our shared success.
Responsibilities
- Independent processing of customer inquiries and orders as well as support in the entire order processing
- Administrative support of the field service and close collaboration in daily business
- Maintenance and management of customer data in the CRM system to ensure an up-to-date and high-quality data basis
- Creation of offers and support in the development of sales materials
- Coordination with procurement, warehouse, and logistics to ensure timely deliveries and optimal product availability with our trading partners
- Preparation and creation of presentations, reports, and sales-relevant documents
- Active communication with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth operations
- Processing of complaints and returns in close coordination with the responsible departments
- Participation in optimizing internal processes and continuously improving service quality in the sales support department
- Maintenance, management, and quality assurance of product, customer, and supplier master data in close coordination with procurement, sales, and other departments
- Support in further developing and optimizing internal master data processes to ensure a uniform data basis in the ERP system
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- First professional experience in sales support – ideally in a trade-related or customer-oriented environment
- Pronounced organizational talent as well as a structured, independent, and careful working style
- Communication skills, teamwork ability, and high service awareness
- Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel and Word); experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Enthusiasm for fragrance, design, interior, or lifestyle – you understand what moves our target audience
- Very good German language skills in speech and writing; English language skills are an advantage
