About the Role

To strengthen our sales, customer service, and operations team, we are looking for an engaged, service-oriented personality with organizational talent and strong communication skills.

With your structured and reliable working style, you will make a decisive contribution to strengthening our customer relationships and ensuring smooth operations – and thus make an important contribution to our shared success.

Responsibilities

  • Independent processing of customer inquiries and orders as well as support in the entire order processing
  • Administrative support of the field service and close collaboration in daily business
  • Maintenance and management of customer data in the CRM system to ensure an up-to-date and high-quality data basis
  • Creation of offers and support in the development of sales materials
  • Coordination with procurement, warehouse, and logistics to ensure timely deliveries and optimal product availability with our trading partners
  • Preparation and creation of presentations, reports, and sales-relevant documents
  • Active communication with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth operations
  • Processing of complaints and returns in close coordination with the responsible departments
  • Participation in optimizing internal processes and continuously improving service quality in the sales support department
  • Maintenance, management, and quality assurance of product, customer, and supplier master data in close coordination with procurement, sales, and other departments
  • Support in further developing and optimizing internal master data processes to ensure a uniform data basis in the ERP system

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • First professional experience in sales support – ideally in a trade-related or customer-oriented environment
  • Pronounced organizational talent as well as a structured, independent, and careful working style
  • Communication skills, teamwork ability, and high service awareness
  • Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel and Word); experience with CRM systems is a plus
  • Enthusiasm for fragrance, design, interior, or lifestyle – you understand what moves our target audience
  • Very good German language skills in speech and writing; English language skills are an advantage
