We are looking for an experienced Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join our team and take a leadership role in our strategic planning, product development, marketing, branding, and partnerships.

Your mission will be to maximize quality annual recurring revenue (“ARR”) through direct and indirect selling and marketing efforts, utilizing feedback from customers to inform product development and developing an exceptional selling machine that is demonstrated by top quartile ARR growth and performance against budget.

The CRO will work collaboratively with the Leadership team to execute our strategy and lead new logo and expansion revenue growth. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in strengthening our operations and ensuring our continued success as a leading industry platform.

The CRO will be instrumental in creating the strategic and tactical plans to support our overall strategic plan.

Objectives of this Role:

  • Partner with senior leadership to execute the current corporate strategic plan and develop next layer sales and marketing strategic and tactical plans.
  • Ensure performance against budget, and alignment of the company’s revenue-generating departments.
  • Work in collaboration with our Finance team to establish performance measures that move us towards our objectives.
  • Manage the Global Sales team to drive business growth across all customer segments and share responsibility with the Marketing department for improving customer experience.
  • Help maximize product reach and efficiency by identifying and supporting the addition of new, scalable partners.
  • Own the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary to support predictable, sustainable growth.
  • Monitor the marketplace and analyze opportunities to create and implement competitive strategies and proven tactics.
  • Collaborate with our Customer Success team to remain well-connected with our clients to ensure that their needs are being factored into the product development and enhancement cycles.
  • Collaborate with the Finance, Product, and Marketing teams on messaging, pricing strategies, and business models for achieving revenue goals.
  • Identify and execute on opportunities for improved performance across the Marketing, Sales, and Account Management teams.
  • Own contract negotiations and establish walk-lines for non-standard requests.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in a revenue leadership role for a SaaS product offering.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful revenue growth strategies in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience leading a sales team and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
  • Experience overseeing marketing and customer success functions.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
