Role Overview

This role sits at the intersection of marketing execution and sales enablement, ensuring go-to-market teams have the tools, assets, and messaging needed to win and grow client relationships.

What You Will Do

Serve as the primary point of contact for GTM teams on asset requests, build and maintain a comprehensive library of sales materials, and support brand governance and consistency across all external-facing materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
  • 4–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, sales enablement, or marketing operations (SaaS or professional services preferred)
  • Experience creating and maintaining sales collateral such as pitch decks, one-pagers, and proposal templates
  • Strong understanding of brand governance and consistency across marketing assets
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Illustrator), and familiarity with Figma-based systems
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com, ClickUp, or Smartsheet
  • Strong written communication skills and high attention to detail across copy and design
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience in partner or alliance marketing (NetSuite exposure is a plus)
