Founder’s Office – GTM

About Josh Talks AI

Josh Talks AI is building the data and evaluation infrastructure for Voice AI in emerging markets.

Our work includes:

  • Large-scale conversational speech datasets
  • Voice of India — a benchmark measuring speech model performance across Indian languages and real-world conditions
  • Multilingual and multimodal evaluation systems
  • Research initiatives such as Human-1, our duplex conversational speech model

We partner with leading AI labs and technology companies to help their models perform better in diverse, real-world environments.

The Role

We are looking for a hands-on GTM & Strategic Accounts Manager to work directly with the founders.

This person will help turn our datasets, benchmarks, and research into large commercial relationships with frontier AI labs and global technology companies.

This is not a traditional sales role. You will operate at the intersection of technical understanding, strategic account management, business development, proposal development, and founder-led selling.

Your primary responsibility will be to help convert relationships with companies such as OpenAI, Google, Meta, Microsoft, NVIDIA, Apple, and ElevenLabs into long-term, high-value partnerships.

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Own Pipeline Execution – Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline in a CRM, coordinate follow-ups, meetings, proposals, and contract discussions, maintain deal momentum across multiple strategic accounts
  2. Work Directly with Founders – Join key customer meetings, prepare briefing notes and research before meetings, drive execution after meetings, ensure no critical follow-up falls through the cracks
  3. Build Strategic Account Plans – For each target account, develop a clear plan covering key stakeholders, current use cases, procurement pathways, competitive positioning, and expansion opportunities
  4. Translate Technical Work into Commercial Value – Understand datasets, benchmarks, and evaluation results, explain how our work improves model performance, help convert research outputs into compelling proposals
  5. Proposal & Commercial Development – Draft proposals, statements of work, and pricing summaries, coordinate with operations and research teams on timelines and deliverables, support contract negotiations
  6. Market Intelligence – Track developments across frontier AI labs, monitor new model launches and performance gaps, identify emerging opportunities in speech, multimodal AI, and evaluations
  7. Conference, Community & Relationship Building – Make conferences and events a core part of the role, attend events such as ICASSP, Interspeech, NeurIPS, and targeted industry gatherings, identify high-value prospects before events and schedule meetings in advance, build relationships through booth conversations, coffee meetings, dinners, and networking, convert interactions into structured follow-ups and commercial opportunities, organize roundtables, invite-only dinners, coffee meetups, and community gatherings
  8. Own Deep Relationships with Frontier Labs – Build and maintain relationships across at least three frontier AI labs, develop connections across research, product, partnerships, and procurement teams, stay informed on each lab’s priorities, launches, and performance gaps, expand pilots into long-term strategic partnerships
  9. Drive External Presence & Content Coordination – Work with Product Marketing and Communications on external content, help convert research and benchmarks into case studies, blog posts, social content, and sales narratives, ensure technical work reaches the right audiences
  10. Build Strategic Partnerships & Public Goods – Develop partnerships with open-source platforms and research communities, launch public goods that strengthen credibility and market position, support collaborations with academic institutions and ecosystem partners

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Skills

  • 4–8 years in enterprise sales, partnerships, product marketing, or GTM roles
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, cloud, data, or AI companies
  • Comfortable working with technical products and sophisticated buyers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical thinking
  • Ability to understand technical concepts quickly
  • High attention to detail
  • Structured execution

What Success Looks Like

Within 6–12 months:

  • Deep, trusted relationships are established across at least three frontier AI labs
  • Conferences generate meaningful opportunities and strategic introductions
  • Roundtables, dinners, and community events position Josh Talks AI as a central voice in the ecosystem
  • Research, benchmarks, and case studies translate into continuous external visibility
  • Strategic partnerships strengthen credibility
  • Strategic accounts are managed systematically
  • Proposal turnaround becomes fast and consistent
  • Deal cycles shorten
  • Founder bandwidth is freed up substantially

Why This Role Matters

We are building critical infrastructure for global Voice AI. The opportunity is to help shape how frontier models are trained, evaluated, and deployed across emerging markets. If you are excited by AI, enjoy working with technical products, and want to help build a category-defining company, we would love to hear from you.
