Role Overview
The Sales Enablement Manager will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and other customer-facing teams to ensure they have the necessary content, training, coaching, and support to drive sales goals and company objectives. This role requires someone who can apply technical know-how to create practical solutions in a dynamic and team-oriented environment.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include training and coaching, team building and commercial communications, sales analytics and reporting, and competitive and customer intel. The Sales Enablement Manager will work with sales leadership to develop and execute enablement programs, provide onboarding and training programs for the sales team, and communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders.
