The Vice President of Global Sales will join the executive team and report to the CEO. This is a SaaS sales leadership role requiring experience managing a team of Account Executives as well as outbound prospectors (SDRs). The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience selling a SaaS product to mid-market clients with average deal sizes between $30K and $100K in ACV. Strong candidates will have experience working with mid-market clients, as well as the ability to coach and lead both an outbound prospecting team in addition to the sales team. In addition, experience selling a marketing automation, CRM, email, or analytics solution is highly preferred.


  • Hire, nurture and lead a team of world-class mid-market Account Executives
  • Set and execute an aggressive customer acquisition and expansion strategy, starting in North America and quickly expanding into Europe
  • Align cross-functional teams (SDR, marketing, solutions consultants, executives)
  • Coach your team through the overall sales process, participate in a hands-on manner in deals, and provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
  • Plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels


  • 8+ years of proven experience within SaaS Sales, preferably in the broader marketing automation space
  • 4+ years of experience managing a regional team of sales executives (experience managing an outbound prospecting team preferred)
  • 4+ years of working in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Outstanding verbal, written and stand-up presentation skills
  • A proven connector in your daily life through social media and other mediums

  • The range for this role is $350,000 – $450,000 annually.
    • Please note: Final salary will be determined based on a candidate’s qualifications and experience. The range provided is the role’s on-target earnings (OTE) range, including both the potential sales commissions/bonuses and the annual base salary.
