Sales Development Manager

As the Manager of Maxar’s Sales Development program, you will be responsible for leading a team of global SDRs within Maxar’s enterprise customer portfolio. You will assist with the development of playbooks and build a scalable inbound and outbound process that results in pipeline growth through multi-channel efforts.   You and your team will partner with key stakeholders in sales, BD and marketing to create, identify and execute targeted outreach campaigns to our next generation of enterprise customers.  You and your team will utilize a sales tech stack to optimize outreach at scale. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated self-starter who has a passion for designing, building, and implementing a successful SDR program.

Responsibilities

  • Build a world class team of SDRs, start with 3 and add more based on success.
  • Develop a charter that drives daily output and results.
  • Help design and implement a playbook around acquiring sales qualified leads.
  • Ensure personal metrics and sales objectives met.
  • Drive the team to fearlessly prospect via phone, email, and social media to drive pipeline growth.
  • Define roles and model daily activities for target account and market development outreach as well as inbound lead qualification.
  • Coach and train the team for near term success and long-term individual development.
  • Manage the SDR pipeline and determine the levers to pull for acceleration.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and communicate appropriately to key stakeholders.

What you bring:

  • Passion for training, motivating, and coaching in a fast-pace environment.
  • One to three years at a B2B organization in a sales development or inside sales role.
  • Thorough understanding and experience leveraging account-based sales development strategies.
  • Excellent customer-facing skills using written or verbal communication.
  • Experience utilizing Outreach, ZoomInfo, Chorus, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Drift, Calendly, Vidyard, 6Sense.
  • Results driven and able to work through rejection.
  • Sandler sales training a bonus.
  • Proven track record of winning!

The compensation range for a Sales Development Manager in Colorado is  $94,000- $156,000 annually, dependent on location, skills and experience; plus eligibility for commission
