We are a UAE-based trading company seeking a Sales Manager for our Tashkent office. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying buyers, building relationships, and closing deals on high-value B2B equipment. The role involves prospecting and developing new clients, managing the sales cycle, and tracking pipeline. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of B2B sales experience and a proven track record of closing deals. Proficiency in Russian and/or Uzbek is required, and English is an advantage.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of closing deals
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial instinct
- Comfortable working with international clients and cross-border logistics realities
- Languages: Russian and/or Uzbek required; English is a strong advantage
- Self-starter with autonomy and results-oriented
- Existing network in sports facility development, hospitality, or construction (nice to have)
- Experience working with Chinese-sourced products or import/export deals (nice to have)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (nice to have)
