FP&A DPS Manager

Role Overview

The FP&A DPS Manager will provide financial support across the GS functions (Finance, HR, Proc, S&O) in support of the Orthopaedics Business. This role will manage financial planning & analysis support and consolidations for the Global Services scope, lead the governance for financial tracking and reporting, and standardize financial reviews and reporting packages.

Key responsibilities include managing financial planning & analysis support, leading governance for financial tracking and reporting, standardizing financial reviews and reporting packages, connecting and communicating with global business partners, and providing leadership and support on ad hoc project work.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of finance or related business experience, excellent oral, written and communication skills, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or Accounting
• A minimum 5 years of finance or related business experience
• Excellent oral, written and communication skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Demonstrated experience in ability to partner with associates at all levels of the organization
• Strong communications, framing presentation skills; along with solid interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills
• Highly motivated individual with strong forward thinking analytical skills, creating problem-solving track-record, dealing with ambiguity, and intellectual curiosity
