Technology Sr. Manager, Finance (FP&A)

Role Overview

This role serves as the technology product owner and strategic partner for Finance FP&A and Reporting solutions, accountable for enabling accurate forecasting, financial visibility, and data-driven decision-making across the DePuy Synthes.

What You Will Do

Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for FP&A and Reporting technology solutions, aligning with enterprise and business priorities. Partner closely with Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial stakeholders to translate business needs into clear product requirements.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of progressive experience in IT, finance FP&A systems, with increasing leadership responsibility.
• Demonstrated experience serving as a product owner or technology lead for FP&A applications.
• Strong understanding of FP&A, cost management, forecasting, commercial and supply chain finance processes
• Experience delivering complex enterprise solutions in a regulated, global environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Benefits

• Base pay range: $122,000.00 – $212,750.00
• Travel: Up to 10–20%, domestic and limited international

• Certifications: Product management, agile, or finance systems certifications preferred but not required
