OA Softwares is looking for a Founding Head of Sales & GTM to help build and scale our early-stage revenue function.
We’re a startup-focused web and app development company specializing in high-end digital products, custom software solutions, UI/UX systems, and long-term client partnerships.
This is a hands-on founding role for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution — someone comfortable helping shape outbound systems, generating pipeline, running sales conversations, and building scalable sales processes from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
- Build and optimize outbound sales systems
- Define ICPs and GTM strategy
- Generate and manage qualified pipeline
- Run discovery and consultative sales calls
- Help close high-ticket B2B service deals
- Assist in shaping the early revenue organization
- Help recruit and build future sales talent as the company grows
Ideal Background:
- Experience in B2B SaaS, tech services, or agency sales
- Startup or early-stage GTM experience
- Strong outbound and consultative selling ability
- Experience with Apollo, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools
- Comfortable working directly with founders in a fast-moving environment
We’re not looking for a traditional corporate executive. We’re looking for a builder — someone excited about helping create and scale a modern revenue engine within an ambitious startup environment.
Compensation is performance-oriented with commission upside and long-term growth incentives tied to company expansion.
