Asahi Beer USA is seeking a National Account Manager to join our Sales team in the Pacific Northwest. This is a field-based role with some travel required, and offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The ideal candidate will have experience in National or Regional Account Management in beer, RTD, or beverage alcohol, and a proven track record of winning new placements and driving sell-in.
Requirements
- A track record of winning — new placements, strong sell-in, real results
- Deep experience in National or Regional Account Management in beer, RTD, or beverage alcohol
- Established buyer and distributor relationships in the California market
- Fluency in off-premise retail — Grocery, Mass, Convenience, and Drug
- High personal accountability and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Off-premise retail account management (large and small format)
- Buyer and distributor relationship management
- New distribution and placement execution
- Program sell-in and promotional planning
- U.S. three-tier distribution system knowledge
- Beer and/or RTD category expertise
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
