The Regional Sales Manager, based in Bangalore, is responsible for planning and execution of sales activities resulting in significant sales growth with dynamically driving RATIONAL to market leadership in the assigned region.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience with proven track record of increased sales/revenue
- Associate/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Self-starter, detail-oriented, enthusiastic, motivated and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as a team player and able to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to solve problems, overcome objections, and influence others
- Strong organization, time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to negotiate, leverage leads and close
- Have experience setting budgets, creating plans to meet budgets, and working your plan
- Computer skills: MS Office
- Valid driver license
- Willingness for overnight away-from-home travel up to 30% of time
