Senior Manager – Business Intelligence Architect

Regeneron is seeking a Senior Manager – Business Intelligence Architect to design, develop, and implement scalable data architecture and analytics solutions. The role requires strong leadership and technical expertise to enable high-quality, reusable data products and support enterprise analytics, reporting, and AI use cases.

Requirements

• Strong experience in data architecture, data engineering, or business intelligence within a global or shared services environment.
• Deep understanding of data modeling, data pipelines, and modern data stack (cloud-based platforms).
• Proven ability to design scalable, reusable data solutions that support reporting and analytics.
• Strong collaborator management skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration capabilities.
• Strong leadership and team development experience.
• A structured and meticulous approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in data engineering, BI architecture, or analytics roles within a multinational or GCC environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (Master’s or equivalent) preferred (e.g., Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science).
• Strong hands-on experience with Databricks, Snowflake, and modern data platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python or R.
• Experience designing data pipelines, transformation workflows, and data products
• Familiarity with BI/reporting tools such as Tableau and integration with downstream analytics layers.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated industries is preferred.
• Understanding of AI/ML data enablement and advanced analytics is a plus.
• Fluency in English and ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.
