Sales Operations Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to find transparency and growth levers impacting the sales organization
  • Build and maintain sales performance dashboards
  • Help build incentives and commission processes
  • Ensure recurring sales reporting, data hygiene, and systems workflows are maintained

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in a Sales Operations, GTM Operations, or related role
  • Experience working hands-on in Salesforce, and other tools like Outreach, Gong, and Clari
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Experience collaborating with Sales teams
  • Experience in B2B SaaS is a plus
