We are looking for a Product Marketing Director to join our Marketing team in Berlin. You will be working alongside our product and commercial teams to drive key GTM strategies.
Your role at Scoutbee
- Show leadership for all our product messaging, competitive analysis and positioning, product launch management, GTM strategy, sales enablement, and customer / segment insights to help drive customer acquisition, growth and retention.
- Deliver high-impact go-to-market strategies spanning 2 regions (EMEA & Americas), including; planning and execution (messaging, positioning, differentiators, benefits, collateral, tools, training, etc. )
- Define target customers, messaging, and scaling GTM assets & toolkits for regional Sales teams
- Develop frameworks to help our sales team articulate value and facilitate conversations throughout the entire sales cycle, including product demos, pitch decks and competitive battlecards, ensuring strong comprehension and consistency of message
- Work closely with Product Management and our clients to develop Use Cases that can then be positioned and taken to market
- Support with thought leadership and strategic research insights from Analysts looking at market opportunity assessment, target customer & proposition development, pricing and competitive benchmarking
What you bring
- 7+ years experience in product marketing, preferably in a fast-growth B2B SaaS environment, experience in mentoring and coaching colleagues will be a plus.
- Ability to dive deep into AI technologies and communicate complicated concepts simply and clearly in written and verbal form, including public speaking, demonstrations, and content creation
- Experience in developing high-impact sales collateral for customer-facing teams.
- Experience in leading product launches and feature releases.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Customer success, and Sales).
