Hours: Due to Snappy employees being in Tel Aviv, London and across the US, we schedule all company-wide meetings and events in EST. We do our best to respect and accommodate your personal time, but please know that there will be company-wide meetings and events that will be held in EST.

Compensation: We feel passionately about transparency in compensation. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a base salary range of $110,000 – $130,000 with a target bonus up to 10%.

We’re on the lookout for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our Revenue Operations team here at Snappy. We are looking for a well-rounded individual, with both business and technical skills, and experience in a Revenue Operations role. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of Sales Cloud projects and support an incredible and growing Sales Team.

As the Revenue Operations Manager, you will:

  • Help the Team build best-in-class sales processes ex. : funnel management, pipeline review process, data cleanliness activities and account management
  • Provide business analysis expertise
  • Act as a partner to the Sales and Operations teams to provide innovative business solution design
  • Build custom reports and dashboards, including custom formulas, joined reporting, grouping, cross-filtering
  • Customize Salesforce workflows to meet business needs
  • Respond to ad hoc projects and requests – these pop up often!

You will find success as a Revenue Operations Manager if you have:

  • Extensive experience using Salesforce including familiarity with Leads, Accounts and Contacts, Quotes and Agreements, Opportunity Products
  • Must have at least 3-5 years experience inserting, updating and extracting data from Salesforce and related systems
  • Experience with business requirements documentation and analysis, modeling business practices, and presenting complex ideas
  • Strong analytical skills including advanced data transformation processes
  • Pipeline reporting experience including forecasting and modeling
  • Familiarity with sales technology tools including data providers and integration tools
  • Experience with marketing automation tools a plus– Hubspot a BIG plus
