Speechify is seeking a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and own the technical systems that power its outbound motion for SIMBA, a product that deploys natural, human-sounding AI voice agents in 71+ languages with sub-second latency. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining SIMBA’s outbound infrastructure, including lead sourcing, enrichment pipelines, scoring models, and sequencing workflows that run at scale.
Requirements
- Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
- Personal experience building outbound systems from scratch
- Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
- Ability to think in funnels and measure everything
