Speechify is looking for a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and own the technical systems that power their outbound motion for SIMBA Voice Agents. The successful candidate will have experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps, and will be responsible for building and maintaining SIMBA’s outbound infrastructure, CRM architecture, and AI-powered personalization at scale.

Requirements

• Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
• Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack
• Ability to think in funnels and measure everything
