Go-to-Market Engineer – Baton Rouge, LA, USA

The mission of Speechify is to make sure that reading is never a barrier to learning. We’re hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and own the technical systems that power our outbound motion for SIMBA, our natural, human-sounding AI voice agent. As a GTM Engineer, you’ll build and maintain SIMBA’s outbound infrastructure, own the GTM tech stack, deploy AI agents, and instrument the full top-of-funnel.

Requirements

• Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
• Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
• Ability to think in funnels and measure everything: pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity
