Speechify is looking for a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and own the technical systems that power their outbound motion for SIMBA Voice Agents. The ideal candidate has experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with a heavy technical lean, and has built outbound systems from scratch.

Requirements

• Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
• Personal experience building outbound systems from scratch
• Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack
• Ability to ship fast and keep things simple
• Ability to measure and optimize for meetings booked and pipeline created

Benefits

• United States Salary range: $105,000–$140,000 base salary
• On-target earnings of $150,000–$200,000
