Go-to-Market Engineer – Boston, MA, USA

Speechify is a company that provides text-to-speech products to help people read faster and remember more. They are looking for a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and own the technical systems that power their outbound motion. The engineer will be responsible for building and maintaining SIMBA’s outbound infrastructure, owning the GTM tech stack, deploying AI agents, and instrumenting the top-of-funnel. The ideal candidate has experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean, and has personally built outbound systems from scratch.

Requirements

• Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
• Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
• Ability to think in funnels and measure everything, with experience in pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity
