Speechify is hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and own the technical systems that power its SIMBA outbound motion. The ideal candidate will have experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with a heavy technical lean, and a strong background in building outbound systems from scratch.

Requirements

• Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
• Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
• You think in funnels and measure everything
• You ship fast, keep things simple, and don’t wait for permission
