Go-to-Market Engineer – Chapel Hill, NC, USA

Speechify is hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and own the technical systems that power their outbound motion, including lead enrichment, sequencing, and AI-powered personalization. The role involves building integrations and automations via APIs, webhooks, and tools like Zapier/Make, and evaluating and adopting new AI and GTM tooling rapidly. The ideal candidate has solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with a heavy technical lean, and has personally built outbound systems from scratch.

Requirements

• Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
• Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
• Ability to think in funnels and measure everything, including pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity
