Go-to-Market Engineer – Charlotte, NC, USA

Speechify is a company that provides text-to-speech products to turn reading into audio, and is hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and own the technical systems that power their outbound motion. The role involves building and maintaining SIMBA’s outbound infrastructure, owning the GTM tech stack, and deploying AI agents for automated prospect research and personalized outreach.

Requirements

• Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
• Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
• Experience building GTM systems for an AI, voice, or developer-tools product
• Familiarity with contact center, CX, or telephony buyer personas
