Go-to-Market Engineer – Cincinnati, OH, USA

Speechify is hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and own the technical systems that power their outbound motion. The ideal candidate has experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean and has built outbound systems from scratch.

Requirements

• Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
• Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
• Ability to think in funnels and measure everything
• Ability to ship fast, keep things simple, and don’t wait for permission

Benefits

• Salary range: $105,000–$140,000 base salary, On-target earnings of $150,000–$200,000
