Go-to-Market Engineer – Cleveland, OH, USA

Speechify is seeking a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and own the technical systems that power its outbound motion for SIMBA Voice Agents. The ideal candidate will have experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps, and have built outbound systems from scratch. They will be responsible for building and maintaining SIMBA’s outbound infrastructure, owning the GTM tech stack, and deploying AI agents for automated prospect research and personalized outreach generation.

Requirements

• Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
• Personal experience building outbound systems from scratch
• Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack
• Ability to think in funnels and measure everything
