Go-to-Market Engineer – Colorado Springs, CO, USA

Speechify is looking for a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and own the technical systems that power their outbound motion. The role involves building and maintaining SIMBA’s outbound infrastructure, owning the GTM tech stack end-to-end, and deploying AI agents for automated prospect research and personalized outreach generation.

Requirements

• Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
• Personal experience building outbound systems from scratch
• Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack
• Ability to think in funnels and measure everything
• Ability to ship fast, keep things simple, and not wait for permission

Benefits

• Competitive salary range: $105,000–$140,000 base salary, on-target earnings of $150,000–$200,000
