Go-to-Market Engineer – Dallas, TX, USA

Speechify is hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and own the technical systems that power their outbound motion. The successful candidate will have experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with a heavy technical lean, and will be responsible for building and maintaining SIMBA’s outbound infrastructure, owning the GTM tech stack, and deploying AI agents for automated prospect research and personalized outreach generation.

Requirements

• Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
• Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
• Ability to think in funnels and measure everything, and track metrics such as pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity obsessively
