Go-to-Market Engineer – Detroit, MI, USA

Speechify is hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and own the technical systems that power their outbound motion, including lead enrichment, sequencing, and CRM architecture. The role requires experience in GTM engineering and the modern GTM stack, with a focus on building high-impact systems and driving pipeline influenced metrics. The salary range is $105,000–$140,000 base salary with on-target earnings of $150,000–$200,000.

Requirements

• Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
• Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
• Ability to think in funnels and measure everything: pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity
