Speechify is hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer for its SIMBA product, a natural, human-sounding AI voice agent in 71+ languages. The successful candidate will build and own the technical systems powering outbound motion, from lead enrichment to CRM architecture and AI-powered personalization at scale.

Requirements

• Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
• Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
• Ability to build and maintain SIMBA’s outbound infrastructure, including lead sourcing, enrichment pipelines, scoring models, and sequencing workflows
