Go-to-Market Engineer – Gainesville, FL, USA

Speechify is hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and own the technical systems that power their outbound motion, including lead enrichment and sequencing, CRM architecture, and AI-powered personalization at scale. The ideal candidate has experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with a heavy technical lean, and has built outbound systems from scratch.

Requirements

• Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
• Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
• Ability to think in funnels and measure everything, track metrics obsessively
• Experience building GTM systems for an AI, voice, or developer-tools product (nice to have)
• Familiarity with contact center, CX, or telephony buyer personas (nice to have)
• Background at a B2C company that also runs a B2B or API sales motion (nice to have)
