Speechify is hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer for SIMBA, a platform that deploys natural, human-sounding AI voice agents in 71+ languages. The successful candidate will build and own the technical systems that power outbound motion, including lead enrichment and sequencing, CRM architecture, and AI-powered personalization at scale.

Requirements

• Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
• Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack
• Ability to think in funnels and measure everything
• Ability to ship fast, keep things simple, and don’t wait for permission
