Go-to-Market Engineer – Hartford, CT, USA

We’re hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and own the technical systems that power our outbound motion for SIMBA Voice Agents by Speechify. The role involves building outbound infrastructure, owning the GTM tech stack, deploying AI agents, and instrumenting the full top-of-funnel.

Requirements

• Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
• Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
• Ability to think in funnels and measure everything: pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity
