The successful candidate will build and own the technical systems that power outbound motion, including lead enrichment, sequencing, CRM architecture, and AI-powered personalization. The role is a great fit for individuals with experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with a heavy technical lean.

Requirements

• Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
• Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
• You think in funnels and measure everything — pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity are metrics you track obsessively
