Go-to-Market Engineer – Houston, TX, USA

Speechify is hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and own the technical systems that power their outbound motion, including lead enrichment and sequencing, CRM architecture, and AI-powered personalization at scale. The ideal candidate has experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with a heavy technical lean and has built outbound systems from scratch. The role offers high ownership, direct input on GTM strategy, and the opportunity to work alongside a team that stays embedded with customers.

Requirements

• Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
• Personal experience building outbound systems from scratch
• Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
• Ability to think in funnels and measure everything: pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity
