Speechify is a text-to-speech company that aims to make reading accessible to everyone. The Go-to-Market Engineer will build and own the technical systems that power the company’s outbound motion, including lead enrichment and sequencing, CRM architecture, and AI-powered personalization at scale.

Requirements

• Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
• Personal experience building outbound systems from scratch
• Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack
• Ability to think in funnels and measure everything
• Ability to ship fast and keep things simple
