Speechify is hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and maintain the technical systems that power its SIMBA Voice Agents product. The successful candidate will own the outbound motion infrastructure, deploy AI agents, and optimize the top-of-funnel for meetings booked and pipeline created.
Requirements
- Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
- Personal experience building outbound systems from scratch
- Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
- Ability to think in funnels and measure everything
Benefits
- United States Salary range for this role: $105,000–$140,000 base salary, On-target earnings of $150,000–$200,000
