Go-to-Market Engineer – Kolkata, India

Speechify is hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and own the technical systems that power their outbound motion. The successful candidate will have experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean and a track record of building outbound systems from scratch. They will work on building integrations and automations via APIs, webhooks, and tools like Zapier/Make, and evaluating and adopting new AI and GTM tooling rapidly.

Requirements

• Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
• Experience building outbound systems from scratch
• Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack
• Ability to think in funnels and measure everything
• Ability to ship fast, keep things simple, and don’t wait for permission
