Go-to-Market Engineer – Lexington, KY, USA

Speechify is hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and own the technical systems that power their outbound motion for SIMBA, a product that deploys natural, human-sounding AI voice agents in 71+ languages. The role involves building and maintaining outbound infrastructure, owning the GTM tech stack, and instrumenting the top-of-funnel to optimize for meetings booked and pipeline created.

Requirements

• Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
• Personal experience building outbound systems from scratch
• Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack
• Experience building GTM systems for an AI, voice, or developer-tools product (nice to have)
• Familiarity with contact center, CX, or telephony buyer personas (nice to have)
• Background at a B2C company that also runs a B2B or API sales motion (nice to have)
