Speechify is hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and maintain the outbound infrastructure for their SIMBA product, a natural, human-sounding AI voice agent. The ideal candidate has experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps, with a heavy technical lean, and has built outbound systems from scratch.

Requirements

• Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
• Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs
• You think in funnels and measure everything — pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity are metrics you track obsessively
• You ship fast, keep things simple, and don’t wait for permission
