Speechify is hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and own the technical systems that power their outbound motion. The ideal candidate will have experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with a heavy technical lean and have built outbound systems from scratch.

Requirements

• Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
• Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack
• Ability to think in funnels and measure everything
• Experience building GTM systems for an AI, voice, or developer-tools product
• Familiarity with contact center, CX, or telephony buyer personas
• Background at a B2C company that also runs a B2B or API sales motion
